Speed Puzzling Tournament

Teens & adults, get ready to put your puzzling skills to work!

Join us for a speed puzzling tournament on Saturday, February 21, 2025 at 9:00 am. Registration is open! The speed puzzling tournament has a limit of 13 teams with a waiting list; no cost to register.

Sign-in starts at 9:00 am with the puzzling starting at 9:30 am sharp. Teams will be given the same, new 1000-piece puzzle. Teams have 150 minutes (2.5 hours) to complete the puzzle. The winner will be the first team to finish or, if no puzzles are completed, the team with the fewest puzzle pieces remaining. Prizes will be awarded to the first-, second- and third-place teams.

Details:
Team captain registers for the team. Teams may have a maximum of four players. The captain will be the primary contact for the event. Teams should designate a team name for your group. If you don’t have a team name when you register, please contact the library by Tuesday, February 17 at 4:00 p.m. with your team name.

Plates will be available to help sort pieces. Teams may also bring their own sorting trays, magnifying glasses, etc.
